The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

The Target Server version of the SSIS-project used does not match the installed SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT). 

As a result, the necessary Xtract IS extensions are missing in the SQL Server installation (SSDT) and cause the above-mentioned runtime errors.
