SM59 RFC - Connection Test fails

Error:

When clicking on [Connection Test] in the RFC Destination, the following connection error occurs:

Reason:

This is not an error. A connection test is not possible because the DeltaQ registers a server program on the SAP Gateway only when the DeltaQ extraction is running. When the extraction is not running, there is no connection between the DeltaQ and SAP. Hence the connection test fails.

Solution:

Ignore the error message. This test is not relevant for checking DeltaQ functionality. Use the option [Customizing Check] in the main window of the DeltaQ component instead.
